Galleon2 cheat sheet

Ray released the first Release Canidate for Galleon2. Here is my cheat sheet for getting it up and running with MSSQL server.

I am including the current version of my SQL script to get the database structure up and running.

Also, you will need to open up conference.cfc and do a search for "conferfence" and replace with "conference". That thanks to Steve Walker.
